Roberto Coin Inc. is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Therefore, all Roberto Coin online orders will include sales tax where such taxes are imposed by the destination state. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted for full refund for up to 15 business days from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be accepted for exchange for up to 30 days from date of receipt. For products purchased through a boutique, please contact the store directly. Currently, we ship via FedEx to the U.S. and U.S Territories. As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.
Are items in my order covered by warranty?

In the case of manufacturing defects, Roberto Coin’s jewelry is covered by warranty that is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any damages resulting from improper use, accidents, natural alterations, or alterations due to wear as well as modifications caused by normal use of the jewel are totally excluded from the warranty.
The warranty is automatically null and void if the item has been tampered with or repaired and/or worked on by third parties.
The authenticity is guaranteed by marks 1226VI or RC or Roberto Coin, and the brand’s signature ruby.
