Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. Please allow at least one day for this process. All orders placed after 3:00 PM(EST) will begin processing the following business day.

International Shipping

Currently Roberto Coin Inc. only ships orders within the Continental United States.

Order Status

Register at us.robertocoin.com to track your orders, ensure a faster checkout and to share your wish list. Users who do not register with the Website will still receive tracking information to the email address that they supply during the checkout process.

Order Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made. Roberto Coin Inc. does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes). Deliveries will only occur on Monday – Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted for full refund for up to 15 business days from the date of receipt. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. This credit may be applied towards future purchases. The exchange must meet or exceed the credit amount as credits will not be processing for remaining funds.

Please call 1-800-853-5958 if you have further questions. Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped.. Customers must use the indicated packing slip for all returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Enclose the packing slip with the items and ship to:

If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information if the new order will exceed the original total.

Please allow up to two weeks for a return to process. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

Once the credit card is approved the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. For example, if you order an item on Monday and it does not ship until Thursday of that week, your credit card will be charged on Thursday, the day the item ships out. Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is currently applied to the majority of shipping addresses within the United States. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process prior to order submission.
